Fantasy ... as expected. There's no significant new buy interest. For a $1 stock ..... volume is laughable on such massive ... "letter".
Stupid move to put out a letter in lieu of a normal PR.
Of course people read the information differently.
I read it as ECSL has a deal .... which is what everyone has been hoping for. ECSL has no money and financing required. No surprise. Of course it makes little sense not to have that financing in place already given all the time that has passed. A fail ... but no surprise in my book on either not having it ready or even that financing was required. A given. Partners ... yep. No surprise there either. New mgmt as I said is the most immediate information. That itself should lift sentiment on ECSL.
At least at this point ECSL has a definitive agreement in place and supposed new mgmt coming in to work it .... so .....
Avoid the distractions. Stick to the facts for decisions. Pretty simple. At face value there isn't much there that says one should jump to sell. Of course market activity might change people's minds but that remains to be seen. ECSL has very negative sentiment. The release of this info via a letter doesn't help that. But the information contained therein addresses what investors have been waiting on. Albeit still details to be seen and items to be completed but nothing truly unexpected. Could even be ... dare I say ... an opportune time to even pick up a few shares depending on the action and ones individual goals/situation.
deal done. financing no problem for 65 acres and a functioning port and for all those in the mix. let them disclose who is who and the roles they are playing. they must be large or CEO would not even bother.
