There is no news though. It's been moving up on nothing. Low volume as well. There's been mostly buying. No one is is really talking about this ticker. This appears to be preloading before the eventual news on this custodianship. This ain't no pump.

Most don't have the patience for custodians. Eventually they pay off massively though.
