The organization (via the lawyer) was actually behind on the July, August, and September financial filings when the motion to demand those filings was entered November 23rd. The hearing was scheduled for the 14th of December (now Feb 22).
On the 14th, this note was attached to the docket. "12/14/2020 Rescheduled Hearing to be held on 1/5/2021 at 02:30 PM in Courtroom 1202, Atlanta - conditional on Debtor filing Monthly Operating Reports and paying quarterly fees by 12/23/2020. (related document(s)121) (Text entry; no document attached.)" All three financial filings were filed on December 28.
After the filings were made, we see this statement. "01/06/2021 Rescheduled Hearing to be held on 1/25/2021 at 02:30 PM in Courtroom 1202, Atlanta, (related document(s)[121]) (Text entry; no document attached.)"
Frankly, I think CoVid is interrupting everyone these days. So, I would give them a bit of grace. I expect to see a whole bunch of filings soon.
