Whoah I missed that... So that was up until August 30th of last year. But I counted 7, not 10.

So the insiders hold at least 35% of the outstanding which would be 49,000,000 shares. That leaves 91,000,000 million shares in the available float...

But some may have more than 5% and maybe some of them reduced their position after August 30th?
