I'm still trying to figure our what a "substantiative fact" is supposed to mean.
I had not even got to the magical math of more shares being bought than were sold.
Perhaps this was an indication of more naked shorting, as hypothecated shares were bought without real shares being sold. I guess we'll be seeing more failures to deliver.
