TRTC will merge with KSHB when they are done bringing their stock price to match $2.00 and keep it above that for 10 days.

They will be buying back shares to take it to that level. I am expecting the merge will be announced sometime in Mar/April time frame.

Expect a company with more than 150 mil in Asset's and 30 mil revenue and growing to merge with another with 120 mil in revenue and 150 mil in assets.

The combine company will be following the GRWG --- growth story.
