Chucks sale was part of the 10b5 program...which means the pps could be .80 or 10.00 on a certain day prearranged and the sale would go through...

The Issuing and publishing of the 912 patent is huge...and material...when will they ask for the STAY to be removed...in the June Pr they said they were going to do it...so should be any day we either get a pr...or we see it in court documents...

NLST usually bounces when this happens..I see the pps going to 1.20+..

What many dont recognize in this situation...Not only does NLST 912 components improve the speed of servers...but more then doubled the memory...in some cases upto 4 times when combined with other components...

one could easily argue...Google and others would have needed TWICE the number of servers....
