#213657 RE: patrik #213656

Any motivation Kim had to benefit personally from a low price RS, is gone with the filing telling us that the 2 control shares Kim holds, will be adjusted along with the common shares he and we hold, upon uplisting. The only reason to hold the line on price is to accommodate negotiated financing IMO. There is also a possibility that shares are being accumulated for the index funds KBLB will be attached to upon uplisting. June is index fund rebalance month. There are reasons beyond these as well.

This is to say that yes it is being held down and Kim does not benefit from it remaining low. Kim's and our profit potential (on a percentage basis)are now aligned.

I don't agree with that. I think he put the R/S out

to keep the price stable. It is working. KT has given

insight to the kind of man he is. Vietnam families is

example of who he is. gl

If what you're saying is true , what is he saying about all these shareholders.. I think that's pretty simple... you're just a tool in his eyes

I agree. I worry that the share price being so low, we do a reverse split with a higher ratio (hopefully not a100:1) and the overall share count is lowered. Then, in order to fund company operations, they dilute the share count. Hopefully, they don’t dilute too much that the share value goes down. Been part of a company that did that, and my stock portfolio value declined.
