I called Vystar and spoke with one of Steve Rotmans assistants and asked her that exact question. She said that he was baffled by that also however he believes that the investors who are buying UVFT are obviously the ones who know nothing about VYST. Figures.
UVFT is nothing more than a Greg Rotman destroyed public shell. He destroyed the company, then did a special asset purchase of RXAIR technology once he was at Vystar leaving behind a debt ridden shell with nothing. UVFT shareholders can not even get their deserved VYST shares from the special asset purchase. See the 27+M shares booked in UVFT name for that purchase in the Q's, just still sitting there. Greg knew there would be no money or anyone at UVFT to distribute those shares so he basically got all the technology for free screwing over long time UVFT shareholders.
