that wasn't exactly clear either for HSD or the Amazon permit in Washington STate. but I think it is all trucked in by PLUG from United Hydrogen sites but in future hopefully a more local generation site.
PLUG delivers more liquid hydrogen than anyone else (given they use more than anyone else that shouldn't be a surprise).
Yes its expensive to ship from current generation site but these costs drop dramatically when the network of sites are built...
