Why a buyout, are you all total CRAZY?

He served as President of Sagaz Industries for 10 years before forming Capstone Industries, Inc. In 1998, Mr. Wallach cofounded Examsoft Worldwide, Inc., which developed and delivered software technology solving security challenges of laptopbased examinations for major educational institutions and state bar examiners. Mr. Wallach remained chairman of Examsoft until it was acquired in late 2009."
