Given the timeframe they mention and the timeframe of OTC Markets, I'd say late Feb, early March. Just a guess. That's if everything goes smoothly. There may have to be resubmissions. Saw that with ATVK.

The company is diligently working on getting our financial statements to our auditors. We expect the audit process to start upon receipt of the financial statements within the next week.
