YES. And all the assets have already been liquidated, and tens of millions of unpaid liabilities remain. The common shares are worthless.

The SEC issued a warning about stocks like RCPIQ today. They are planning to suspend and get rid of them ASAP - it may be as soon as tomorrow.

Rock Creek is over 4 years delinquent in their SEC filing obligations and is also defunct. They are even worse than the stock the SEC suspended this morning as a warning.

RCPIQ does not have long to go before it is gone forever.
