No, there is no such thing. Every stock transaction is recorded. The OTC is fully automated. People aren't making buy/sell decisions, computers are.
Every single stock, of every public company has a SERIAL NUMBER. Every transaction is recorded. An audit trail exists. You can trace any given share of any stock through every transaction on that stock. MM's aren't buyers, there is no record of them 'buying' a stock. They are brokers, they facilitate the trades, taking a cut in the process. That's it.
When stock prices fluctuate, it is buyers and sellers, not Mm's that cause it. MM's don't give a rats ass what share prices do in OTC stocks. Their ONLY source of revenue is their spread, and THAT is what is adjusted to keep the market fluid.
Comparing Gamestock, a NYSE company worth over $3B to NSAV is like comparing a Hummer to a yugo...
You are talking out your ass when you say MM's are shorting penny stocks for their own gain. They are not. They aren't traders, but inexperienced traders blame them for every bad decision they make. Remember, every transaction if RECORDED. An MM company would not risk a billion dollar company for a few dollars gained for trading on penny stocks. It doesn't even pass the smell test.
