The OTC Market is a gambling site where there are no rules or repercussions for illegal activity. That's what drives these dead trip zero tickers. When the grey market did it's job (somewhat) Coulson came up with the "expert market", which is where PMDP got elevated to, in order to circumvent it.
Ask yourself was there a reason for that?
All it takes to move a dead ticker is for a group to focus there buying on it and gain it's attention so others hop on. Eventually, those manipulating the ticker will sell and the stock will drop back down.
