You don't have the huge tick flippers manipulating the price from .0007 to .0012 and back. Now if you want to sell put it at a price you want someone wants and you are the lowest offer it executes, has to match and you usually need broker help in finding available offers from selling shareholders.

Some people want out are getting decent prices, people buying in want the VSII shares record date Feb 19th.
