There's really nothing else that makes sense.

"Normal " retail would not keep this in such a predictable range for so long.

There's a continual supply of shares .

RB says they are not selling, period.

Providing the other side of the story makes one realize those shares were used to pay down toxic debt and will do way more for the SP on the long run.
