There has been nothing to prove at all on paper with this company as anything legitimate. This scam OTC ticker has been looonnng gone well before COVID hit. There isn't any proof that ONCI is even a company that sells a product and there isn't anything out there that says it's even taking in a revenue. In this day and age of trading, people are buying the hype even with the evidence in front of them that this is just a POS scam. Steve Berman probably doesn't even exist and the proof is in the other OTC scams that connect to this ticker using the same tactics and even the same bs all just to get people to buy on the peak and watch their dreams go to shreds when the dumping starts.
