So - the CEO is working on bringing ABVG current? For a potential R/S (he doesn’t say that, it’s just a guess). Here’s a question that has been bugging me through all of this: ABVG does nothing, holds nothing and is inactive (for now). The CEO is also CEO of a payday loan company trading under a symbol for a defunct energy corp.
I’m struggling to see what ABVG offers to any potential merger partner beyond a registered ticker symbol, which makes me believe that the recent bounce is nothing more than hopefulness. But I CANNOT reconcile that with billion share trading sessions. Any ideas? Anyone?
