I thought you already found out for us ;) the board member being Texas’ advisory member. That will blow this up just by that. Still under the radar, it will blow up tomorrow when people find out about this.

All the energy stocks are flying to all time highs even the shells, but this like you said is legit drilling company with chairman being affiliated with Texas State govnm’t, just updated their share structure on OTC yesterday.
Just matter of time we go 10x from here minimum.
