What I mean is....the judge would not approve it at first. Something was holding it up and that is the reasons Synergy had to pull everyone together for the proxy vote. There is was something the judge was not happy with. I wonder if they took the RS out, put the proxy out and then added RS in the secret meeting two weeks later.
