The Shelf Registration filed today will most likely be used to raise money when they uplist. The shares will be bought by Mutual Funds, Institutions, And family Funds! Much better than just giving shares away.....make people buy them and raise $$$$ for expansion.
$50 mil tells me they have some large acquisitions they are targeting.
