That is typical for a pump and dump - CATV hasn't filed any financial information since 2015 - and novice investors are buying based on pumping press releases.

The CIGN acquisition was hilarious - buying a company with $30 million in revenue at a 83% discount based on a valuation on revenue.

Plus, there isn't anyway to verify the revenue.
