Any idea of when news will break or what it could be?

Tread cautiously. Everything posted on this alleged merger is pure speculation, nothing more. Sure, farmer Jones wants to go public but it does not mean it will merge with MTVX. Purchasing a clean debt free shell for next to nothing would be the way to go but that's just my thoughts.

I'd like to see MTVX get re-instated before I'd get my hopes up but as of this morning, nada.
