Bad information, as explained in this previous post. Although the short interest number has increased to 421,753 since, it is still far short of what would be required for a 129% short interest to be calculated using the correct float, which has also now increased to 6,783,465,802 shares as of 12/31/2020.

So, if the author of the article were to use the correct data today, he would show SRMX to have a short interest of 0.00007%.
