If GORO’s Market Cap is $200M, Fortitude S/B approx. $100M because it’s safe to say it was 1/3 of the overall company pre-Spin-off, and if GORO is $3 with 70M Outstanding, Fortitude should be $1.5 x 3.5 = $5.35 PPS with only 20M Outstanding, although I’m sure it will be diluted somewhat. Let’s see.
