They are not doing any programmatic sales of xrp anymore. They are selling otc to their partners to add liquidity to the ecosystem. The solution can’t be that ripple keeps all the xrp. That doesn’t solve anything. It has to get out there.
The best solution for us is that ripple settles and clarity is in place that today xrp is no longer considered a security. That gives many banks green light to start holding it. And all exchanges will list and the rally behind xrp will be epic.
