"Intent" means Intent!!!! And Final means Final!!!
Folks need to know that.
As long as the Medrecycle permit and application follow the law and regulations, which they do and will, what a few town folks think or fell can stop the legal issuance of the permits.
All the town folks can do is examine the terms and learn the regs and procedures and ask for clarifications, and learn why and how it is safe.
