Rossi was lied too when this story was taken public. They raised $1mm seed money, the Company got $200k the shell sales criminals walked off with $800k.
It’s been an uphill fight for Rossi ever since. He’s shown his determination to me to know this was a penny stock to accumulate and hold.

Rossi needs this above .20, probably above .50 for the warrant holders to even think about dumping. Those two shares are at a .30 break even. Who wants “even”? We want 1,000+ gains.,
Who will sell a .20 warrant @ .20 or below? Who will even convert unless the share price is up there.
I can’t see these warrant holders killing the stock.
EV will be a big deal like pot going forward.
