After Reading the article, to me it sounds like the company is just expecting the formal notice this week (i.e letter), from the FDA to match the verbal notice which they had received in January, that put their trial on hold because the FDA has some questions. Subsequent to the letter they will do their best to give the FDA the info they seek.
