There will be a day where the stock will halt trading as the transition to NASDAQ happens. Once it resumes trading, usually the next trading day, it will then be listed on NASDAQ and all of their services and no longer an OTC market stock. I have seen the PRs come before the halt and after hours after the halt. Hope that helps Sam. Either way, these are exciting times.
