Also number 3 seems kind of unfair to assume it will forever always be "unrealized losses".

I do possess an NDA but that does not mean that the company shares every detail with me especially the ones that have to do with the SEC and FINRA. regarding #3 I meant that for now and not forever it is unrealized loses unless you sell now. Hopefully in due time the PPS will go up and one will be able to sell for realized gains.
