Which is happening sometime in the 1st quarter per management, having been through a R/S before, once it happens, the stock drops again, even after the R/S it could possibly drop under the $4.00/share threshold needed to uplist to Nasdaq. Its a real shocker when you see your shares get clobbered, its very upsetting and leads many to sell.

Great highlights, particularly for the newbies

Thanks for doing that Pro-Life. If anyone is wondering what's going on, we can just refer to your post. Plain and simple.

Today's PR was tone deaf (again) and didn't address the elephant in the room (sorry for the cliche).

I'm not sure what they've been doing for the past 8 months since they "announced" the deal with Synergy and CLHI. What's this Christopher Percy guy being paid for?

That PR translation is this: We want you to wipe out all existing shareholders and make us the majority shareholder so that we control the fate of the stock. We also want you to dilute all debts before the RS happens. At least from what I read. When a new company is merging, they'll want control and it is looking like TDS sees a lot of shareholders who have lots of shares that can put them as controlling shareholders and they would like to take them out of the equation.

I don't own a stock in CLHI but I'd be furious with their plans if I was in the shoes of anyone who bought above $1. There's no reason to RS this float except for the fact that they have control and hidden agendas they don't want to make public.

Yes. They had so much support and chose this path. What a disappointment

I’m in the same boat as you Pro my first buy was@2 cents. For bettor or worse I’m loading at these prices. Feel bad for the peeps who’s first buy was in the 2$ range I think it’s foolish to sell its best to average down IMHO. But to each his own. Its still Pinky land where Millionaires are made Bashers are born and losers will sell to early or to late. IMHO
