Nobody has made such a claim. Every dividend share is valid and can be converted from electronic marker to common shares. Several have already said they have sold dividend shares

Mine are probably the originals spun off from MLON or something, and I've been buying and selling some to pocket 5 g's or so. The rest (2mil) are waiting for the possibility of a 3 bedroom two bathroom, inground pool in Equador or someplace with a maid and a personal doobie roller guy like Snoop Dog.
