Obama asked Congress for additionsal appropriations to pay the insurance subsidies for the ghetto crowd and was refused. Being a product of the ultra-criminal Chicago Democratic political machine, he sent his goons out, found a source for the needed funds, and stole them. Unfortunaely, the source was the profits of Fannie and Freddie and it was theft, plain and simple.
