That is the history here, but things do change. I doubt that there is currently much dilution. The laws have changed to make it harder for these dark companies to issue shares. DV has probably been doing well enough to at least cover operating costs, and most likely hasn't been getting paid very much herself.
If I had to guess what is coming, I'd say it will be a "sell the news". There are just too many stuckholders here to not have them wanting to exit, and the "known" generally doesn't have the same appeal as the "anticipation" for traders.
