It's good to see INCC moving again. If solid substance is released, then I think this could continue turning out to being something very good.
The company previously had a cannabis deal that helped INCC to go from .0001 to .02 per share, but the management learned that the company being acquired was doing some unethical things that forced them to back out of the deal. If they can come through and deliver something new with substance, it could really bode well for us shareholders. People are watching.
