O the VA not sure how it works but I can highly recommend my wife's Cardo Doctor he works out of Cedars Sinai Dr. Chang his office is in Beverly Hills. My wife has had her Aortic valve replaced twice and a half dozen other surgery's by far best Doctor and Hospital we have ever dealt with.
