With the announcement of trials to start last week. His only obligation is trial results at this point. If trials didn’t start as projected in the PR , then that would require an update. So I’m assuming (hate to assume) were on track. No harm in letting investors know progress though, which Leo has been poor at doing.
He’s also not good with lease agreements. He is good at hype that doesn’t materialize though. Will this time be different? Let’s hope so. At minimum, he needs to provide an update as to what is going on - especially after he had no bones about letting the public know that he expected the trial to commence within certain time periods (3 separate times).
