That'll make it difficult to get the sp to $.0081, won't it? And if E-Trade won't let people buy it, just imagine how many other brokers won't.

Meanwhile, there are lots of other OTC tickers that have a back story to them that are driving the sp crazy. Unlike this dead shell ticker with it's sorry history.
