It is a greysheet stock. There is no bid and ask so you may never get filled at any price or have some crazy low bid like .00001 filled. Super easy to manipulate and very illiquid, most folks will not buy grey as you can get stuck with worthless shares very,very easily.

Today it hit $0.0007 and that’s with 278MM in VOLUME!!! That’s a LOT of money... yet the bid/ask remain exactly the same.
