Merely stating it's the right thing to do; at the very least....

Whether it was a means to help improve a seemingly "tarnished" image, satisfy a NASDAQ panel query or both.

After all, it's not like he didn't sell his own shares over time.

Ok, pretend we aren’t talking about robbing a bank. Pretend we are talking about a start up company needing initial funding to try and achieve what many have said was impossible.

Pretend, instead of demanding repayment for monies owed, the founder agrees to forgive millions of dollars, something many investors have been calling for.

Pretend, in doing so, it brings the company closer to its goal of up listing to a higher exchange.

Imagine how good this would sound if not put in a false context?

There is so much wrong with this statement it’s not even worth countering.

Exciting year ahead here for those that are genuinely interested in the company.
