It is a form of spam. The "authors" of these "reports" identify frequently searched relevant terms and insert them somewhere in those "reports" in an attempt to get the keyword searcher to buy them.
That is why BioAmber keeps showing up in these disparate reports. Desperate people are searching for anything on BioAmber, so AI keeps producing these "reports" using the keyword.
That should be pretty obvious by now. These reports have absolutely nothing to do with BioAmber beyond that.
