e-mails. People understand information that is provided in different ways. Conversing with the CEO or staff to help someone understand something better is a good thing. I doubt they are violating insider info rules in doing this. Often times these e-mails can offer some great clarification. If it is clear they are issuing insider info then ONLY the person holding that conversation or receiving that e-mail directly will be in the know. Chances are no one will believe the individual when he passes that info on. And there are often times people for whatever reason will post bogus information. Going back to trusting your DD and doing your own DD.
