Who Mr. Lewis from Brewbuilt. He was already tied into Simlatus before. Infact one of the people who signed the business papers between Brewbuilt and Simlatus had worked for Scott Sand. Name should ring a bell.
Check out everything. I did, and spent many many hours, including business filings in states where the various names and contracts etc.. are located/registered. All my opinion just do your own due diligence.
