109M OS once this raise closes at the over-allotment amount, which no doubt it will.

Should not be a need for further dilution at this point.

Likely 140-150M fully diluted... I’ll wait for HC to come out with the exact numbers soon enough.

Those 9M warrants were friendly and continue to fill the Titan Coffers, If i was thinking those 9M warrants were unfriendly and won't be exercised then I'd be clueless
