Personally I do not feel there will be a merger where the name one world cannabis is a hanging anywhere. Too many people have been burnt and any due diligence, after the fact, will raise a lot of question marks if that name is left to be.
My gut feeling tells me that MF will pick up the patent on the cream and MM. Ziv will dissolve OWCP, perhaps some sort of settlement with dgf, and finished. MF made it clear that he wants to do something really positive with all of that cannabis he is growing. And like I wrote before he mentioned curing cancer. So helping people with skin problems such as psoriasis is to me is a a no brainer for him to pick up the patent rights.
