not using ET, this stock is CE, so ET does not allows buys with these kind of securities, you can only sell... I heard other brokerages will sell/buy CE stocks, but not ET...

I can buy more through TD Ameritrade. And you can’t see any level two because it’s trading Special tier. They can change that at any point.
