Nothing to PM. Rumblings came from a friend who knows how long I’ve been invested in CTIX/IPIX and his inquiring with me what IPIX would have to offer to them (which I told him Brilacidin as a platform type drug and Kevetrin for their oncology portfolio).
He would not say why he asked me about Amgen and IPIX since maybe he is not sure of what he heard. Could be completely nothing. I posted it to see if anyone else has heard anything about anything.
Seemed strange to me since Leo has never said which company IPIX originally had the signed term sheet with prior to that term sheet company being taken over with a new CEO as what was in the filings. I originally guessed it was Celgene who IPIX had the signed term sheet with since it sort of fit the takeover timeframe. But let me know if anyone finds anything more valid.
