The deck was stacked when 10 brokers stopped buy orders.....That is how 13 stocks course was ordained....

I wonder how you or anyone can see that any differently

I totally agree with B402. You can blame the restrictions on capital deficiency, but once those restrictions came into place how could they not have the 'desired' effect of killing the momentum. Is there any other way to see that?
